Professional Background
I served in the US Army 1967 to 1969. My duty assignement was in the Republic of Korea, 1968, and included six months on the DMZ.
I became a Correctional Officer at Cook County (IL) Jail in 1983, and was appointed to the Cook County Sheriff's Police Department in 1986. I remained in Patrol my entire career with the the Sheriff's PD, teaching defensive tactics at the academy on my days off for several years. 
I began serving process in (approx.) 1996. 
​I became a licensed Private Detective (IL) in March, 2015.
